The number of shares per grid is defined by a fixed mathematical rule :

Each share purchased contractually represents €0.01 of the real stake.

ARTICLE 3 : CALCULATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF WINNINGS
Winnings are distributed in the exact prorata of the shares held.
Example : In a group of 750 shares, the holder of one share receives 1/750th of the winnings.
The 'Maximum Gain' is a theoretical estimate based on the announced jackpot.
ARTICLE 4 : MANAGEMENT OF WINNINGS AND 'WALLET'
- Any winning ≤ €150 is credited to the Wallet.
- The user can withdraw his Wallet at any time.
- Transfer fees deducted according to the rates of La Banque Postale.
- Any balance > €150 must be transferred to the bank account.
Supporting documents required for any transfer > €150 :
- RIB (IBAN/BIC) in the name of the user.

The funding of your user account on LotoCommun.fr can be done via PayPal. The total amount credited includes service fees variable according to the geographical zone of your payment account :

- USA / Canada : + 5.5 % *
*These fees include the service commission and the fixed transaction fees. They are likely to be adjusted without notice according to the evolution of the pricing policy of PayPal. The processing and international transaction fees will not be refunded in case of request for cancellation or partial or total refund of the funds.
Withdrawals to a bank account are subject to the transfer fees of La Banque Postale. To avoid useless fees, it is recommended to leave the funds lower than €150 on your Wallet, in accordance with Article 4.

The user mandates the site to play the numbers. Only the operator's confirmation is authentic.

10.6. CURRENCY CONVERSIONS AND TRANSFER FEES
For all international lotteries outside the Euro zone (USA, Australia, etc.), the gross winnings are initially perceived in the local currency ($ USD, $ AUD). These winnings are converted into EURO during the reception of funds. The amount credited to the Wallet of the client corresponds to the net amount received after deduction of the exchange conversion fees applied by the banking organizations.
International Withdrawals :
In case of request for withdrawal to a bank account denominated in a foreign currency (outside Euro), a second conversion will be applied (Euro to final currency). All the round-trip conversion fees, as well as the fixed international transfer fees (bank correspondence fees, intervention commission), are entirely the responsibility of the beneficiary and deducted from the gross amount of the winnings.
